


Bier Brewery and Taproom has been family-owned and operated since 2010. It all began when Darren Connor (son) discovered a passion for brewing, and Jerry Connor (dad) believed in his dream. Together, the Connors started small with a humble 55-gallon setup that Darren described as “little more than a glorified homebrew system.”
That small-batch dream steadily grew from a 40-gallon system into today’s impressive 20-barrel brewhouse, complete with 40-barrel fermenters and brite tanks.
Bier Brewery continues to be proudly family-owned and operated by Darren, Jerry, Leah, and Ryan Connor.

Each hand-crafted batch gives us complete control over the many details that define our signature flavor and consistency. From carefully designed water profiles for every style to our dedication to balance, subtlety, and drinkability, every bier we make reflects our true passion for the craft.
