We have no problem putting in a 14 hour day to make sure the quality of BIER we produce is freaking awesome.

Quality Concerns for My Beer Drinking Peoples of Indianapolis:
1. At BIER BREWERY we take the utmost pride in producing the cleanest possible biers.
2. If there is any problem with a bier anywhere in the production process, we will dump it. As of October 2011 we have dumped 2 batches out of 300. We constantly ask ourselves, "Would we buy this?" If we even hesitate on the answer, it gets dumped.
3. Reverse Osmosis water is just one of the tools in our arsenal. Each BIER has its own unique water profile. There are sooo many other variables that go into making BIER. All these variables must come together in order for the BIER to be the very best.
4. At BIER we balance and meld the variables into a clean, balanced, tasty, libation that is always in high demand.
5. At BIER, we strive to make the best BIER possible, period. That's what we do everyday, that's what we love.
